Option 1: AC pulse power source: Adopt one set of 35KVA special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source.   • Advantage: Low price, simple power structure.

Option 2: Medium Frequency Inverter Power Source: Be able to adopt MF inverter power source. Duty cycle rate is 50%. The current is rectified in order to supply DC welding current. This power source is different from the general type ac pulse power source because it can adjust rapidly and precisely. To some extend, it can replace the capacitor discharge welding machine to weld the work piece (e.g. the work piece with coated) with short welding time. It can be used to weld the zinc coating steel plate, nonferrous metal, coating and other metals. Small impact to the power grid and the requirement to the power grid capacity is much lower than the single-phase welder with the capacity.   • Disadvantage: High price, complicated circuit design.
